Who this policy covers

This site is operated by Cristiano Pires, an independent digital strategy and marketing consultant. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit this site or get in touch, and how that information is used.

Information collected

When you book a consultation, the scheduling provider collects the name, email address, and any details you choose to share so the meeting can be confirmed. If you contact me directly, I keep that correspondence in order to reply and to manage any resulting engagement.

This site may also collect basic, aggregated analytics such as pages viewed and general location. This information is not used to identify individual visitors.

How information is used

Information is used only to respond to enquiries, hold scheduled calls, deliver agreed work, and understand how the site is performing. It is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes.

Third-party services

Scheduling is handled by Calendly, and this site is hosted and published with Framer. These providers process limited data on my behalf under their own privacy terms.

Your choices

You can ask at any time to see what information I hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Requests are actioned as soon as reasonably possible.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies necessary for it to function, together with privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics. The scheduling popup sets its own cookies when you open it. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are placed by me.

Legal basis for processing

Where the GDPR applies, enquiry and booking information is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you, or on the basis of a contract once we agree to work together. Analytics are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs.

How long information is kept

Enquiries and booking details are kept for up to twenty-four months, after which they are deleted unless we are working together or a legal obligation requires them to be retained for longer. Aggregated analytics are retained in a form that cannot identify you.
